LumenVox ArtiSpeech is a collection of Speech-Enabled applications that provide access to features of the TeleVantage system with either touch-tone or the caller's voice. The Call Router application allows callers to verbally identify the person or department they wish to be connected to. The Voice Mail application provides the ability for users to listen to and manipulate messages in their Voice Mailboxes.
